NextUp Africa

NextUp Africa is Devengor Network's flagship leadership initiative and the primary expression of our leadership development system at launch.
Designed as a rigorous, cohort-based experience, NextUp Africa brings together learning, mentorship, and community to support high-potential emerging leaders as they deepen their judgment, grow in responsibility, and prepare for greater public or institutional roles.
Through sustained engagement and a strong peer network, the initiative reflects Devengor Network's long-term commitment to developing responsible, principled leaders over time.
