Do you hire remote team members?
Yes. Many of our roles are fully remote, allowing talented individuals from across Africa and around the world to contribute. Some positions may require occasional travel or hybrid arrangements depending on program needs.

What is the application process like?
After submitting your application, qualified candidates will be invited to an initial interview, followed by a skills assessment or case study (depending on the role), and a final interview with leadership. We aim to respond within 2-3 weeks.
Can I volunteer if I'm not based in Africa?
Absolutely. We welcome volunteers from around the world who are passionate about Africa's future and willing to contribute their skills remotely. Many of our volunteer roles are designed for global participation.
