What You'll Do
Commit to consistent, structured engagement with assigned fellows
Provide perspective without imposing control or personal agendas
Encourage ethical decision-making, restraint, and long-term thinking
Reinforce responsibility and accountability in public leadership contexts
Model integrity, discretion, and principled judgment in all interactions
Who Should Apply
We welcome experienced professionals, civic leaders, entrepreneurs, academics, and public servants who demonstrate:
Integrity and maturity of judgment
10+ years of professional or civic leadership experience
Connection to African contexts and communities
Commitment to principled, values-driven leadership
Ability to provide confidential, trusted counsel
